The Program is progressive through 3 phases of listening:

1.) Special headphones are used to listen to a personal program of gradually filtered Mozart music and Gregorian Chant. Expect to experience a deep sense of relaxation and peace.

2.) As the program progresses, expect to feel more energetic, more organized, and more in command of your own life.

3.) The 3^rd phase is an active phase of developing your “new” voice to produce sounds, sing songs and read. People discover that it is easier to find the words that express their feelings and communicate more effectively.
